A smooth, structured Cabernet Sauvignon from selected McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek Vineyards. A lifted varietal bouquet of cassis, black olive and blackberry follow through to a medium-bodied palate with mouth-watering tannins.

A lifted, varietal bouquet of cassis, black olive, blackberry and a touch of violet.

PALATE

Supple fruit is balanced with lovely supporting mocha oak. Medium-bodied, with a structured yet smooth palate, mouth-watering tannins and lingering flavours of dried plum and a hint of bay leaf.
