TASTING NOTES

Cool, foggy nights followed by warm, dry days on the coast line and through the valleys allows the grapes extra time to ripen on the vines, yielding aromas of fresh pear, citrus and Golden apple mingled with honey, vanilla, white flowers and toasted hazelnut.
