The fruit for this non-vintage release was picked later, giving it a softer, rounder palate with crisp citrus notes throughout. It shows a straw colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose featuring apple and pear aromas. On the palate, it is round and refreshing, bursting with bright, crisp citrus flavours.

Brown Brothers Prosecco Rose

This rosé retains the classic freshness and vibrancy of Prosecco while adding a subtle hint of berry on the palate. Light, refreshing, and delicately balanced, it’s made to be enjoyed young at its freshest. In the glass, it shows a soft rose-gold hue, with a delicate nose of strawberry, watermelon, and apple. On the palate, it pairs beautifully with Tasmanian smoked salmon finished with a squeeze of lemon, or with crisp tempura squid served alongside a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
