It has a clean bright colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. A cool climate varietal, this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is know for and a palate full of crisp citrus notes. The grapes for this wine were grown predominantly in the upper reaches of the King Valley. The wine is approximately 30% lighter in alcohol than the Brown Brothers Prosecco NV.

Recommended Food Pairings: Prosecco is a great drink to kick off an evening and enjoy throughout the night. While delicious on its own, it is also perfect with natural oysters with a squeeze of lemon juice.
