The Blossoms have always been an occasion for celebration in Japan, marking both the beginning and end of our traditional year. There are as many farewells as there are hellos, inspiring us to appreciate life as it blooms. Gathering around the flowering Sakura trees brings us closer together with those we love.
Hibiki Blossom Harmony captures this joyful intention. A rare selection of whiskies finished in sakura wood casks have been specially blended with diverse malt and grain whiskies, well matured over many seasons, to create this particular Hibiki. What results is a Hibiki created to remind us how precious life can be. To be shared with those who make us blossom.

Palate: Smooth mouthfeel, expanding fragrance, acacia honey, french pear, and a
refined sweetness suggestive of sakura mochi
Nose: Wafting floral scents, sakura, sweet almond, fragrant olive
Finish: A long-lasting, rich, and brilliant aftertaste
